New York, NY – October 15, 2026 — MacroHype client IPX Exchange has closed a $4 million seed round at a $125 million valuation. Bitsurge Holdings led the round, with participation from YICIPX Holdings Family Office and a group of strategic investors.
What IPX Exchange Does

The IPX operating system, the IPX Exchange and the $IPX token are scheduled to launch on Base on November 15, 2026. According to the company, more than 100 celebrities have signed exclusive agreements to tokenize original IP on the platform, and day-one offerings include Hollywood film and TV projects, video games from A-list athletes and membership tokens from YouTube creators. IPX plans to share news almost every week in the run-up to launch.
Founder and CEO Brendan McCafferty said the goal is to let creators keep ownership of their IP while giving fans a way to help fund new projects and share in their success, so creators no longer have to sell their IP to finance the next one.
