Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our team in Manila. This is not a remote position, and candidates must be available to work during USA hours, which will require late-night shifts in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with account issues, billing inquiries, and technical support.
- Document interactions and maintain customer records in our database.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.
